Pricing is based on square inches. Larger prints require more film and ink, which increases cost proportionally.
DTF is full-color by default, so color count doesn't change pricing — unlike screen printing where each color adds a screen setup.

Your design is optimized for print — we check resolution (minimum 300 DPI), adjust colors for CMYK printing, and ensure proper file format. PNG with transparent background is ideal. We accept AI, PDF, PSD, and high-res JPG files as well.
Using a wide-format CMYK printer, your design is printed onto a special PET film with a white ink underbase layer beneath the colors. This white layer is what makes DTF transfers work on dark garments — it provides opacity so colors stay vibrant on any background.
Freshly printed film passes through a powder-shaker that applies a thin, even layer of thermoplastic adhesive. The powder sticks to the wet ink, then the film enters a curing oven (around 150°C for 2-3 minutes) to melt and bond the adhesive.
Every sheet is visually inspected for color accuracy, coverage consistency, and adhesive bonding. We check for any voids, smudging, or registration issues before packaging.
Finished transfers are rolled or flat-packed and shipped to you, or we can apply them to your garments in-house. When you apply them yourself, a standard heat press at 300°F for 15 seconds with medium pressure does the job.
