How to prepare your artwork for sublimation
300 DPI or higher for photo-quality results
Design in CMYK for accurate color reproduction
Sublimation excels at bright, saturated colors
White areas show the material color - design accordingly
Use full surface area for maximum impact
Photos and gradients print beautifully
Understanding what can be sublimated
Must be polyester or polymer-coated for sublimation to work
Cotton and natural fibers cannot be sublimated
Create or provide your full-color design - any resolution or complexity
Design is printed on special sublimation paper with sublimation ink
Heat press transfers ink into the material at 400°F
Ink becomes part of the material - permanent, vibrant, and smooth
Transparency is core to how we operate. Here are the key factors that determine the cost of your order — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Sublimation only works on polyester or polymer-coated surfaces. Higher polyester content (80%+) yields the most vibrant results.
All-over prints cost more than chest-only prints due to larger transfer paper and longer press times.
Per-unit cost drops with volume, though sublimation has minimal setup compared to screen printing.
White or light garments are required. The dye becomes part of the fabric, so dark garments cannot be sublimated directly.
Photographic prints and gradients cost the same as solid colors — sublimation handles full color with no extra charges.
We stand behind every print we produce. If your order doesn't meet our quality standards — whether it's a color mismatch, adhesion issue, or defect in materials — we'll reprint it at no charge. No runarounds, no fine print. That's our commitment to getting it right, every time.
